reconstruction

Your biggest critic is always yourself. Dissapointing that person is probably one of the worst feelings you can encounter. Knowing that you could have done better but didn't is quite devasting. However, with every other personal crisis that we do come face-to-face with.. "life must go on". Sounds much easier than it actually is. I've come to forget one of the most detrimental factors in this recouping process-- Time. The hands of the clock does heal the biggest scars of life. Why is it so easy to forget all of the positive in our lives and highlight the one bad incident? Nothing makes sense when we envelop ourselves in this one miniscule problem that evolves into a black hole.
Staying focused and looking straight at the picture is what you should do. But it does happen when you arrive to a pinnacle of disappointment and wonder why you ever bothered. Whether its a traumatic relationship or a bad grade. These little things do leave craters in your being.

It's important to regain a sense of self within all your relationships and interactions and even goals. Waking up every morning is your second chance. You have the chance to erase yesterday and ensure that today will be even better. It's important to remember that YOU are in control of your life. YOUR decisions. YOUR future. You make all of these decisions. The decision to take a breath as unconsious as it is, is in our control. By breathing we are agreeing to live. Why not take every breathe knowing that we living the way that we want too?
Appreciate your strengths and those weaknesses will fade away one day with the right recipe.
Set short term goals everyday and they will all accumulate.
& Laugh. It helps.
